Our Story
STP Investment Hub is not merely a consultancy firm; it represents a proactive response to the investment challenges encountered by businesses and investors in São Tomé and Príncipe. This initiative originated from the vision of World Link Solutions, a company established in 2014. Acknowledging the necessity for a more concentrated approach, World Link Solutions opted to separate its investment services, culminating in the launch of STP Investment Hub in October 2023. However, full-scale operations commence in 2025, following a thorough reevaluation of the business concept and strategy.
Our mission is clear: to stimulate sustainable investment opportunities in São Tomé and Príncipe as a means to promote socioeconomic sustainable development. Two factors were decisive in formalizing our mission and designing our portfolio of services:
1- Through the experience of our experts and collaboration with World Link Solutions, we bring a distinct perspective to the investment landscape, based on a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by service providers and investors in the country, as well as the market dynamics and existing service gaps that need to be filled.
2- In a global environment facing critical challenges such as poverty and climate change, especially among Small Island Developing States (SIDS) like ours, there is an urgent need to adopt measures and attract investment that will make us more resilient at the same time, as the investment grows.

As the founder and the STP-Investment Advisory platform developer, possesses over eight years of experience as a business manager and developer. Over the past decade, has established three companies. In his capacity as a consultant, has successfully executed numerous consultancy projects for both national and international organizations in the fields of tourism and languages. his experience includes organizing international events and participating in negotiations of international agreements, where served as a language facilitator. In his role as a business developer, has conducted extensive market research, identified business opportunities, and designed several investment projects, some of which have been presented to international investors. Additionally, has taught Business Management at a local private university, imparting his knowledge and experience to students in the field.

Sulisa Signo Bom Jesus Quaresma was born in São Tomé on December 5, 1979. She is a Chemical Engineer by training with a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering in the specialties of Environment, Energy and Processes from the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the University of Coimbra in 2008. She is currently Director General of the Directorate General for the Environment and Climate Action. She has worked as a national consultant in the preparation of National Communications (NCs), National Greenhouse Gas Inventories for the IPPU and Waste sectors, schematization of the Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) Systems in the context of climate change, preparation of Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) reports for adaptation to climate change in the Water, Coastal Zones and Agroforestry sectors and in supporting the development of institutional capacity on climate finance in São Tomé and Príncipe. She has experience in the field of education and awareness-raising for sustainability, where she has carried out various activities contributing to formal environmental education and informing about environmental aspects and sustainable development in order to raise awareness and change people's behavior on issues related to water, waste, forests, climate change, soil erosion, etc.
